teaser and some rambling
Nov. 7th, 2006 01:07 amHi guys. Life has been a B**** lately. First my lovely girlfiriend shared some of her flu with me. Just when I thought I got over it my other firend shared some of HERS flue with me. Just when I was thinking I was okay again my mom came down with flue and guess what? She got me sick. Again. Three times in a row!!!!!!!! Life is cruel.
so. I wasn't feeling well. So I did... well, nothing LOL.
I'm a student and at the end of the fifth year I have to write a thing. How is it called in english.. thesis? no, that's what you write to become a doctor right? Anyway this thesis-like stuff is nightmarish here in Poland, and especially with my advisor. So what if she has knowledge? She is mean :(
And then my advisor told me (two weeks ago) that I have to deliver the first chapter on the 8th. Imagine my terror. I was only 30% done!!!!!!! So the last two weeks I have been reading up on materials and writting. I'm almost done. I still have one point to write. the worst one. And I have only one day left!
BUT not to bore you out completly I was working on Weapon of Choice. Not as much as I would like. The school does come first. But I got some ideas for the ending and that's a good thing because I had no idea how this story was going to end :) Probably a few more original characters along the way and God knows how many chapters. Chapter 15 is going to be longish. I already have 5 000 words but I plan to add a scene or two so it might yet grow :)
anyway in thanks for the wonderful feedback I received I decided to post a teaser to chew on while I'm writing the rest. Have fun.
