Icons, give me icons

 Guys, guys... how do I make icons? I have np stucky icons! i Don't even have any Geralt or Drac icons!!!!

If there is an icon maker out there that happens to stumble onto my blog - how about a drabble for an icon deal?
I need my Geralt, my Dracula, my Alucard, my Winter Soldier or my ninja boys!
