For example I have this one where supernatural things are common and every one knows about it, there are special divisions in the law enforcement devoted to fighting it. Dean and Sam separated at birth (John knows it. He did it to protect both boys).
Dean is a working for such agency, his father previously a hunter now he trains new recruits. There is a mob thingy that is getting quite powerful. The police knows they are using supernatural beings as enforcers. Werewolves, vampires etc. But no matter what the police does, they always slip away because they have a very, very powerful and very accurate psychic among them – Sam. Dean as a leading agent on the case decided to work out the psychic, maybe make him turn on the mob. Because as long as Sam helps the mob there is nothing they can do. Dean doesn’t believe Sam is a bad guy.
Dean doesn’t know who Sam is, but John will recognize the name but will hesitate to tell Dean the truth. Of course Dean would fall for Sam and fall real hard before John decided what to do. The feeling would be mutual. Sam will confess to Dean that the mobsters have his girlfriend – Jessica – and keep her hostage. If he doesn’t work for them, she dies. Since they are using supernatural beings, Sam can’t find her though his visions. Of course she dies and then Sam turns against the mob.
